The mobile messaging service of LX8 (the “Service”) is operated by LX8 (“LX8,” “we,” or “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”). We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice. To the extent permitted by law, we may also amend these SMS Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to LX8’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from or on behalf of LX8 through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided—even if your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Messages may be sent using automated dialing systems or other technologies. Promotional messages may include promotions, special offers, or marketing content (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that participation in this program is not required to make any purchase from LX8, and that your consent is not a condition of purchase. Participation in this program is entirely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Please review your wireless plan and contact your provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including those from your wireless provider.
You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying “STOP” to LX8 or by clicking the unsubscribe link (if available) in any text message. You will receive one final confirmation SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will receive no further messages unless you opt in again. If you are subscribed to other LX8 SMS programs and wish to cancel those as well, you must opt out separately from each program unless otherwise required by law.

We reserve the right to change the short code or phone number used to send messages at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that messages (including STOP or HELP requests) sent to an old number may not be received, and we are not responsible for failing to honor requests in such cases.
Supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to always provide us with a valid mobile number. If you change your number, you must re-enroll with your new number.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that we shall not be liable for any failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of information sent through the Service, for any errors in such information, or for any actions you take or do not take in reliance on the information provided through the Service.
