At LX8, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply.
Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition of returned items
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
Original packaging must be intact and undamaged.
Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for a refund.
Return request required
Returns must be requested and approved before sending anything back.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been approved and the product has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to appear.
Non returnable items
Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
Certain items such as personalized products or sale items may also be excluded.
